I'm Tiera, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I'm also a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, Certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator, Certified Reiki Master, and a Life Coach. I work with individual adults and adult couples, I specialize in helping "people pleasing" women who want to free themselves from self- doubt and overthinking. I empower goal oriented therapy to help young adults  move toward the future with confidence. I guide motivated, insightful adults who want to better understand how their past has impacted them.

I work with clients through a trauma informed lens. My most frequently used modalities of choice are Prepare Enrich for couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however I utilize additional methods as needed.
