At Passion Project Health & Wellness, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. To respect the time of our providers and ensure appointment availability for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to booked services.

All appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. The only exception is when Passion Project Health & Wellness or the scheduled service provider must cancel an appointment and is unable to accommodate an appropriate rescheduled appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment one time with at least 24 hours' notice without forfeiting their deposit. The original deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

After the first cancellation or rescheduling request, any additional cancellation or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the original deposit, regardless of the amount of notice provided. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit is required before another appointment can be booked.

Small Group Reiki Sessions require payment in full at the time of booking to reserve the session.

A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule a Small Group Reiki Session. Clients may reschedule one time with at least 72 hours' notice without forfeiting their payment.

Any additional cancellation or rescheduling request will result in forfeiture of the amount paid. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice will also result in forfeiture of the payment, and a new payment will be required to book another Small Group Reiki Session.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice is considered a no-call/no-show.

Clients who no-call/no-show are responsible for the full cost of the missed appointment. Any outstanding balance for the missed appointment must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled. A new deposit or payment will also be required for the new appointment.

If Passion Project Health & Wellness or your service provider must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may choose to apply your deposit or payment to a new appointment date.

If the service provider is unable to provide or reasonably reschedule the service, the deposit or payment will be refunded.

By submitting a deposit, making a payment, or booking an appointment with Passion Project Health & Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
